New York Security Training Center, L.L.C.

New York Security Training Center, L.L.C. was founded by Clifford Dennie in 1999.
The school, instructor(s) are approved by New York State, Division of Criminal Justices Services.
We conduct Armed armed and unarmed N.Y.S.D.C.J.S. approved courses along with others such as (Not NYSDCJS certified) N.R.A. basic pistol, Handcuffing and O.C. spray courses.
New York Security Training Center, L.L.C. is a NYS and ATF approved firearms dealer, so we can provide firearms, ammunition, and O.C. Spray to those who qualify.
Refund Policy
All students will be entitled to a 100% refund at any time prior to the start of the instruction. For courses divided into four sessions, the refund schedule shall be 75%, 50%, and 25%.
16 Hr. OJT, If the student cancels following the start of instruction, but before the start of the second 8 Hr. block, the student will be entitled to a 50% refund.
47 Hour Armed Security Guard Course
Student will be entitled to an 85% refund if the cancellation occurs after the initial deadly physical force training begins, but before instruction begins the for the firearms handling, safety, proficiency, and qualification component of the course. No refund is owed if the student cancels after the above cited firearms handling component of instruction has begun.

Refund Procedure:
Cancellation will be submitted in writing, telephone or in person to an authorized school official.
Within 10 business days, of requesting a refund, the student shall be refunded via original payment method (check or PayPal). A DCJS approved security guard training school can not access any non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee(s).

Attendance Policy:
New York State requires 100% attendance for successful completion of all courses. In the event of illness or an emergency, a student may retake the course at the next available offering at no additional cost to the student.
